Claire is the founder of CR Amanya Advocates & Solicitors. She is a Rotarian, a UK trained lawyer, Advocate, a Commissioner of Oaths, a Notary Public, Insolvency Practitioner and a Certified Chartered Secretary with over fifteen (15) years’ experience in legal practice.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Post
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Master’s in International Business Law from University College of London (UCL), and an Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Certificate.
Claire acts as counsel to a number of leading multi-national companies operating and/or engaged in transactions in Africa and beyond.

Harold is an Advocate and Commissioner for Oaths. He is a partner at CR Amanya Advocates & Solicitors and currently heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Harold has seven (7) years of experience in legal practice, with a commendable art of execution of insurance, construction, arbitration, intellectual property, domestic relations, human rights enforcement, corporate governance, employment, debt management and recovery instructions.
Harold is a registered insolvency practitioner who has handled several instructions pertaining to closure of companies and settling of company debts.

Herman is the Partner in charge of Finance & Strategy and the Head of the Dispute Resolution Department in the Firm of Ngeri, Omiti & Bush Advocates LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) Degree from Moi University. Herman is also a qualified arbitrator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Herman is also trained by the Communications Authority of Kenya in joint collaboration with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) on critical areas of the Information Communication and Technology regulatory framework in terms of interpretation, implementation and enforcement.
Herman has acted and advised various clients in various areas including Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Information, Communication & Technology Law, Real Estate Development & Construction Law, Procurement Law, Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution Law & Practice, Media & Technology Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law; Comparative Law and Governance; Environmental and Land Law; Health Law; Tax Law; Procurement Law; Company Law; Insolvency Law; and Employment Law. He has extensive experience in handling disputes before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court as well as other specialised tribunals.

Collins is the Managing Partner and Head of the Corporate & Commercial Department at Ngeri, Omiti & Bush Advocates LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from Kenyatta University. He has also received training in Legal & Governance Compliance Audit from the
Kenya School of Law.
He has extensive experience in advising clients on Corporate and Commercial transactional matters. His practice extends to Private Equity, Buy-Outs & Investments Transactions, Project Financing, Telecommunications, Media Technology, e-Commerce, Tax Law, Employment & Labor Relations, General Corporate Commercial Practice, Dispute Resolution, Public-Private Partnership, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisition, Intellectual Property, Banking & Insurance, Mining, Oil and Gas Practice, Institutional Legal Audits, Projects & Infrastructure, Immigration Law, Capital Markets and Securities Law.


Christopher is a Founding Partner of Kilindu Giattas & Partners and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He has over eighteen (18) years’ experience in the provision of corporate and commercial legal services in Tanzania.
Christopher was previously an equity Partner at Rex Attorneys since 2008 in the Banking, Project Finance, Capital Markets & Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He has extensive experience and brings impressive credentials to the Network particularly in Energy, Project Finance, Banking & Finance as well as Mergers & Acquisitions.

Richard RWIHANDAGAZA is the Managing Partner. He is also the Founding Partner of R & Partners Law Firm in February 2006. Richard has been practicing Law as an Advocate since 2001 and has developed expertise in Business and Corporate law, Arbitration and Litigation.
He holds a Law degree from the National University of Rwanda and a Certificate in Arbitration and Alternative Disputes Resolutions, CEAR, 2004 – CIArb, 2012. Richard has also attended with success various training and seminars in the country and abroad in the field of legal practice.

Tom is the Senior Partner at Ngeri, Omiti & Bush Advocates LLP and the Secretary General of W- AKILI AFRICA. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from the University of Nairobi, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam and has also received training in the Federal Republic of Germany and Belgium.
Tom is also a Patent Agent with a keen interest in Intellectual Property law and has advised and acted for various clients at both ARIPO and WIPO offices. Tom has a sharp legal mind and is reputed for keenness and efficiency in his solution-oriented practice.
